Chef Josep ESPUGA
Josep is a Chef born in Spain but he made himself traveling around the world. Throughout his life he has spent time in very inspirational places like Barcelona, New York, Hong Kong, Oliana, Shanghai, Melbourne or the Cook Islands in the middle of the Pacific Ocean. He likes to explore the surroundings where his kitchen is based to source local ingredients on which he bases his cuisine. Josep creates a menu based on the geographic situation of the restaurant using local products. Being very respectful with the environment and the ecosystem is a must for Josep, creating a style of cuisine based on the terroir.
